Obviously my presentation isn't as good as Rachels haha, But seriously so delicious!!

So as you could tell from my last post, im a little bored so i decided to learn how to cook:) I'm not a terrible cook but i never make anything out of the ordinary.. So decided to start watching Rachel Ray and cook some of her foods, this was my first attempt and it actually turned out really good!! So ill share my recipe with you! Its a Pot Roast done easy!! Only takes 15 minutes to cook!! Its actually a London Broil but it was so tender and juicy i couldn't believe how fast and easy it was...
What you need:
4 cups Beef Broth
some small potatoes (Yukon gold a lb or 2)
4 Carrots
2 Parsnips
Fresh Thyme, Parsley, and Bay leaf.
Garlic clove
Onion
Dijon Mustard
Worcestershire Sauce
Butter and a little flour
London Broil (about 1.5 -2 lb)
Okay first chop and onion and cook it on high with some olive oil til brown. Then dump in the chopped Veggies, and grate the garlic on top. Make a bundle of your herbs and toss them in and add 3 cups of the broth let those come to a boil for 25 min. In the mean time make a thickener 3 Tbls Butter and 3 Tbls Flour, add some Worcestershire sauce and a tsp of Dijon Mustard and the remaining cup of Broth, let it boil then stir it in with the Veggies and let them continue to simmer.
Season the Meat with salt and pepper and broil for 7 minutes on each side.
Dump the veggies and gravy on top and you have a fabulous dinner that tastes like you cooked all day sunday!!
