The O.C. East Coast

This weekend we took some time away from work and school and headed just a couple hours north to Ocean City Maryland with some friends for the weekend. It was an amazing place! Beautiful beach day, and a great boardwalk with fun stuff to do. Although i was the only girl with Chris and 5 boys!! I had a blast, we just relaxed, ate crab, and tried desperately to forget we had to go back to work.

Nationals vs Red Sox: I have to say even though we live in DC it is very hard NoT to root for the Red Sox, they are so much better haha. Our office won some tickets to a game, so yesterday all the boys got of work early and we headed to the game, we went all out and got hot dogs and pretzels, I don't even like baseball the the atmosphere of a pro game is hard not to like. We had a blast...We sat in the nosiest of the nose bleeds for the first of the game, then as the game went on and it was clear the Nationals were gonna lose, we moved down to the 3 row to watch the RED SOX pull in the win.

Family Day

On Fathers day me and my fam, yes fam, like half of my family is out here with us now and i love it!!! So My brother, sis in law, nephew, other brother, and hubby went downtown to have a good time, so of course first up on the list was FILOMENA!!! I never get sick of this amazing amazing food!!! I can't go down town with out stopping there. We had an amazing lunch then walked around georgetown, then hit up the Museum of Natural History. It was a very fun day, i love that my family is here and that we got to spend the day together.

I miss my husband :( He's been away for work for a few days, Does anyone else have the hardest time sleeping when their hubs away?? It's terrible...I miss all the cute little faces and smiles he makes at me, i hate making meals for one, come home Chris!!!
